  1. Do Now: Preview the entire blog post for this week. Title the next page of your INB Quarter 3, Week 2 of 10. In a format that works best for you, use the entire page to organize:
    • today's focus, short-term activities, long-term activities, due dates
  2. After: First Amendment activity on Springboard WB pp. 203-4
  3. Then: Paraphrasing activity with Facebook Photos Sting article on WB pp. 230-232
  4. After: (time-permitting) continue researching online and add to Annotated Bibliography slides

  • Continue researching your topic ideas using the Topic Choice document from last class, sources on the annotated bibliography, or the Argumentative Topic link in the column to the right.

L.11-12.4 Determine or clarify the meaning of unknown and multiple-meaning words and phrases. W.11-12.7 Conduct short as well as more sustained research projects to answer a question.

  2. After: Paraphrasing activity with Facing Consequences...article on WB p. 241
  3. Then: Topic Commitment activity on Google Classroom
  4. Next: Conferencing about topic-choice and adding sources to the annotated bibliography

  • Continue researching at least one more source for your research paper topic (Should have at least 4 on the annotated bibliography)
